The transformation of the maritime station of Tour & Taxis in Brussels in a covered space to work, shopping and leisure was unveiled Tuesday morning.

This former train station, in service until the 80s, extends over 280m long, 140m wide and 24 m high. This structure, dating to the early 20th century houses now 12 wooden blocks that are dedicated to specific areas of work and shopping. The venue already hosts today its first tenants, among them Accenture, Publicis, Collibra and Spaces. The different spaces are articulated around a large central hall that is open and is composed of gardens. This last has been thought to organize public events. The project was supported by the real estate developer Extensa in collaboration with the architectural office Neutelings Riedijk Architecten.
