The airline Ryanair will appeal to the european court the bailout of 9 billion euros of the giant Lufthansa by the German government, believing that it will distort competition.

“Ryanair will appeal against this latest example of State aid to be illegal, which will significantly distort the competition and the rules of the game for flights to and from Germany for the next five years,” said Tuesday the head of the group Ryanair Michael O’leary in a press release.
