Increase in demand, retirements, new activities of the nautical sector… The shipyards, nautical French, but also the business of services (maintenance, distribution, rental, etc) are in active search of labor. “Nearly two-thirds of French companies in the sector are recruiting!” exclaimed Thursday, Yves Lyon-Caen, chairman of the federation of nautical industries (FIN), at their annual conference. “The companies offer a thousand jobs per year, for three years, and this continues”.

Electricians marine, accastilleurs, carpenters, design nautical, but especially specialists in composite materials, or pavers made of polyester and are actively sought. And almost half of them, it is jobs in CDI. According to the END, studies conducted in the region showed that the sector, in all its facets – industry or service – would be the bearer of the 140,000 direct and indirect jobs. Europe and America, the two engines
