In five years, Europe has not been idle to assert itself in the sector of digital. On nearly thirty texts proposed by the Commission Juncker, twenty-eight have been finalized. They extend the rights of the consumer in copyright law, through the end of the barriers to e-commerce or even the abolition of roaming charges for calls between the countries of Europe. All are part of a same strategy: to make 28 fragmented States a “digital single market” (digital single market) and thus to better resist the american domination and its avatars the most iconic, Gafa (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple).
