    Relaxation should be set to feel like just being. Do you perceive your surroundings better, what happens in and around you? Whoever draws attention to where something ziept or hurts, makes it right. This 30-minute Bodyscan is part of mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness, that is, not to noise ignorantly through life. It is said to make smells of environment as conscious as ir own thoughts.

    This should help so well that mindfulness has become a panacea. For years, media hyped subject. However, number of scientific publications has multiplied over past years (see graph).     It all started with American molecular biologist Jon Kabat-Zinn in late 1970s. From Buddhist meditation (Vipassana), yoga and Zen, he formed a program that originally should help people to deal with stress better. It contains a sitting meditation, a body exercise called Bodyscan (remember beginning of this article), and yoga elements. All religious exercises, ethical concepts or terms such as Dukkha, which means suffering and plays an important role in Buddhism, removed Kabat-tin. And he gave whole a new name: “Stress reduction through mindfulness, short MBSR (from English: Mindfulness-based stress reduction).
