BOYLE HEIGHTS — Two people were hurt and one was arrested on suspicion of DUI today when their sedans crashed in Boyle Heights, police said.
It happened on Soto Street near the Santa Ana (5) Freeway about 1 a.m. when a BMW driven by a man struck a Dodge Avenger driven by a woman, said Officer M. Fung of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Traffic Division.
Both drivers were taken to hospitals for treatment of injuries, he said. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
