MORRISTOWN — Two Morristown men charged with sexually assaulting a girl were indicted on Thursday, according to a report on DailyRecord.com.
Orlando Soto, 50, was indicted on nine charges, including endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated assault and burglary.
Marcos Carias, 36, was indicted on three counts of sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
The men each assaulted the girl multiple times since 2009 when she was 8, authorities allege. They are being held in lieu of $150,000 bail at the Morris County jail.
A third man, Jose Bueso, 20, was also charged with sexually assaulting the girl. He pleaded guilty last year to a less serious charge and was sentenced to four years in prison.
Soto and Carias are unauthorized immigrants from Honduras, the report said.
