Amber Heard’s lawsuit against Johnny Depp promises to be difficult for the career of the prosecuted: a petition for Heard to be excluded from Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom has reached 4.429 million signatures.

The change.org petition, created in 2020, registered more than 3 million in May when the public learned that Heard would only get about ten minutes in the Aquaman sequel.
Jeanne Larson, admirer of Johnny Depp and creator of the petition, accuses Heard of abuse of Johnny Depp, ex-husband of the 36-year-old actress. The petition aims to reach 4.5 million signatures.
“Do the right thing. Remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2,” Larson wrote in the petition description.
While neither the actress and Warner Bros. have commented on the matter, one of Amber Heard’s reps said the production company “didn’t want to hire someone with bad press,” adding that “nobody wanted this kind of association”.
Amber Heard, however, pointed out that his colleague and main actor of Aquaman, Jason Momoa, as well as James Wan, the director of the film, were faithful to him.
