LE FIGARO. You are the head of Axa for the past three years, how have you changed the group?

Thomas BUBERL . – I took the direction of a healthy society. My two predecessors had turned a small mutual rouen in one of the largest global insurers. To extend the story, we had to accelerate the transformation of the group initiated in 2008. Axa had anticipated the rate down and begun to adapt to it. But it was necessary to go further. In addition, customer expectations have evolved. They expected insurers to pay claims, but they also want to have services allowing them to be prevented if possible avoid them. So we focused on the insurance business, health, and protection.
