Ballston Spa Middle School will be closed Monday, after the school became filled with smoke from a minor fire in the mechanical room Sunday.
The fire started between 2 and 2:30 p.m. and was quickly extinguished. But the fire generated a lot of smoke that must be aired out of the building. There is also water in some halls as well.
