Bercy there is a new face to co-ordinate the action of the government on the very sensitive records of industrial restructuring. Marc Glita, deputy regional director of the Direccte Normandy, responsible of the pole “enterprises, employment, economy” and commissioner for the productive recovery for the region, has replaced the former head of corporate Jean-Pierre Floris. “For the past two years, Jean-Pierre Floris and his team have accompanied, with the support of the services of the State, a hundred companies face various difficulties. In nine cases out of ten, a solution that allows the maintenance of economic activity has been found,” says Bercy.

This post of inter-ministerial delegate to the restructuring of enterprises is a creation of the government Philippe. As minister of Economy and Finance, Bruno Le Maire, the umbrella organisation for the industrial objects, but dedicate a limited amount of time because of its many international issues. His secretary of State, Agnès Pannier-Runacher assumes a clear tropism industrial, while being regularly loaded up on other fronts.

It is thus the inter-ministerial delegate who is daily at the forefront of the management of cases of crisis of the most delicate. Jean-Pierre Floris, had closely followed the upheaval of the mill Ascoval, which was acquired by British Steel this summer. With this former CEO of Verallia, a former subsidiary of packaging, Saint-Gobain, the government had made the choice to entrust the management of its industrial policy to a man in the private. By replacing the top civil servant, graduate and Mining engineer Marc Glita, Bercy takes up with his recruitment in the traditional sense.
