A body was discovered Sunday morning inside a Waynesburg University dormitory, authorities said.
The person was pronounced dead at 11:22 a.m., according to the Greene County Coroner's office.
The coroner's office has not released the person's identity, pending notification of family, and has not indicated whether it was a male or female. It was unclear whether the deceased was a student at the university.
There is no threat to Waynesburg university or the surrounding community, the coroner's office said.
Waynesburg police are investigating.
