For those in coaching, marketing and consulting, Alex Dee Consulting wishes you to create and live your personal big vision!
Embrace Uncertainty Hack – Lion Chasers Book! Lion chasers are more afraid of lifelong regret than they are of temporary uncertainty! You’ll have to do something counterintuitive if you want to use God-given potential and fulfill your God-given destiny. Sometimes you have to run away from security and chase uncertainty! Because life is infinitely uncertain.
Werner Heisenberg won a Nobel Prize for his theory of quantum mechanics called the uncertainty principle. It states that sometimes matter behaves like a particle and sometimes matter behaves like a wave. So, the imprecise measurement of initial condition precludes the precise condition of future outcomes. Thus, there will always be an element of uncertainty. We also know God is infinitely complex because things usually work out in ways much different then we imagined them to be! So, if we know life is infinitely uncertain and God is infinitely complex, then all we can do is embrace uncertainty. I think many people have mistaken the notion that faith reduces uncertainty. Nothing can be further front the truth. Faith doesn’t reduce uncertainty. Faith embraces uncertainty. All I know is marriage complicates my life. Being an entrepreneur complicates my life. Running a business with over 2000 members and 50 product owners complicates my life. Wealth complicates your taxes and success complicates your schedule!!
But those are the complications worth having. They all start with uncertainty. And of course, you have bad complications where you do things that don’t serve your greater good! And to live a big vision, you have to be willing to embrace uncertainty. Most of us aren’t doing what we thought we’d be doing 10 years ago. And most of us won’t be doing what we think 10 years from now. I just don’t think spiritual maturity results in higher areas of predictability. In fact, it’s the exact opposite! We’re control freaks. But faith Involves a loss of control. And with loss of control comes loss of certainty. None of us mind the positive certainty like when things go well. What we don’t want is the negative uncertainty. But you can’t have it both ways. I used to hate uncertainty, but I’m learning to love it. The best moments in life are unplanned and unscripted. But you get the bad uncertainty too like a job you get fired from, or life transitions that you weren’t expecting. So, learn to embrace uncertainty to live your big vision.
Embrace relational uncertainty! It’s called romance.
Embrace spiritual uncertainty. It’s called mystery.
Embrace occupational uncertainty. It’s called destiny.
Embrace emotional uncertainty. It’s called joy.
Embrace intellectual uncertainty. It’s called revelation!
Vision Hack – Kris Vallotton – Destined to Win Book – Find your people – Let’s talk about finding your place in the world. The right seat on the bus where only you fit. There is a divinely designated place on the wall where only you fit! It’s important you not only have the right people but be able to live on the right land that supports your vision! Think of a land as divisions where people that support your vision live. Division can now be broken down to di-vision or diverse-visions! Di-vision would be our missions in life and the roles we play amongst our people! So, bring in a land that supports di-vision with others that are part of that di-vision. If you’re anything like me, how many others have you seen be more successful but seem that put forth very little effort? I used to think they must be more gifted or talented than me. And this is true at times! But more often than not, they have simply found their sweet spot in life! They are experiencing the synergistic and catalytic nature of the triple manifestation of the right people, with the same vision, in the perfect place! Sometimes, you have to leave the place in which you grew up to find a place where you grow in God! I would encourage you to consider following God with your whole heart and trusting him to lead you! Sometimes the Holy Spirit is your compass and other times he’s your road map!!
How to Inspire Your Vision Hack – Kris Vallotton – Destined to Win Book – Michelangelo, when creating the statue of David, supposedly said, “I saw an angel In the marble, and I carved until I set it free!” The difference between chipping rock and freeing angels is the ability to envision imprisoned potential in the stones of life. A monotonous boring life can be transformed into an exhilarating journey by learning how to capture a vision for your own destiny. Vision gives you the ability to connect the daily grind of life to your eternal purpose. Vision makes life meaningful and gives you the motivation you need to press thru the tough seasons!
In fact, everything in the kingdom is obtained by faith. Faith supersedes your circumstances, overcomes your obstacles, and overrides your facts. Faith sees the invisible, believes the impossible, and empowers the incredible. So, what exactly is vision and how do we pursue it? True vision is rooted in his vision, which is inspired by faith, not imagined thru selfish ambition! Thus, true vision is foresight with insight that comes from his sight! Vision gives pain a purpose! In the movie Karate kid, Daniel learning karate when he thought he was doing household chores. What you think you are doing is more important than what you’re accomplishing. Greatness is often hidden in the mundane. To be truly successful in life you must envision your future with God. Otherwise you don’t really know where you are going. Your perception of what you’re doing, your vision of the future that you are creating, is more significant than what you are actually achieving practically in the moment.
One of the Best ways to inspire vision is to expose yourself to someone else’s dream. If you’re called to be a great leader, read biographies of famous leaders, interview leaders you admire, and watch personal documentaries. I imagined being a great leader long before I became one!
Working your butt off – the truth is, you were created in Jesus Christ for good works, which God prepared beforehand. You are also commanded by Jesus to work in such a way that people see your good works and glorify your father who is in Heaven. Hard work is the manifestation of great grace in the life of a believer!
Vision allows us to dream with a God, not dream about God! When we dream with God, we co-create masterpieces of his imagination and ultimately fulfill our divine destinies.
Courageous visionaries – it’s important for you to understand that the world forces of this darkness only trouble themselves over world-changers and his-story makers. It is in the process of envisioning your destiny, conquering your fears, and defeating the giants that forged the character you need to live a successful life!
Visions come from within. Use your life experiences and find a way to serve humanity. As you do, your vision will become clear that the more you work towards that vision, the bigger it gets where others will join you to transform into this big vision that impacts more than you thought possible when you first started. Trust in life, take those first steps, and let it unfold!
