In mid-March it was known that British analysis firm Cambridge Analytica had come up with information from millions of Facebook users – via a survey app developer and without having to inform Facebook about it. On Thursday, company shared that up to 87 million users could be affected worldwide, including up to 2.7 million inhabitants of EU and around 310,000 users from Germany. This is much more than previously assumed. Since n, 50 million people have been considered. The data will be used, among or things, in election campaign of today’s US president Donald Trump and in Brexit referendum.
