Bolland, who skated for the Blackhawks from 2006 until 2013, and his wife, Julia, bought the brick and limestone house new in late 2009 for $1.78 million. After he was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2013, the Bollands sold the mansion in the Lathrop Homes neighborhood of the Lincoln Park community area late that year for $1.95 million.
