Toger with his bror Angus, Malcolm had founded band 1973 in Australia. The guitarist and songwriter was ” driving force” behind band, it is said in post.
Malcolm had developed and shaped sound of band. He was considered one of best rhythm guitarists in world.

Malcolm Young suffered from dementia for several years due to a stroke. He was refore no longer present in tour of previous album. 2014 he had left band at his own request. He died peacefully in his bed, his family at his side, it is said in anor post.
