Regarding its corporate commitment to Protection and focused on its Be program, dedicated to the health and well-being of its employees, Allianz Partners launches the ‘Yo Soy Be’ campaign, giving visibility to the experience of its collaborators
The Allianz Partners Be -Emotional Well-being- program was born in 2021 with the purpose of promoting actions that would allow the entity to provide its employees with tools to take care of their physical and mental health, generate healthy habits and promote communication and knowledge internal to the organization. ‘Be’ was also conceived to provide organizational well-being to its employees, favoring the reconciliation of family, work and personal life, in addition to offering a compensation and benefits model adapted to the needs of all. As a result, The entity has developed permanent benefits for its employees such as: discounts, benefits and exclusive aid for training or related to health. Access to gynecological, psychological and nutritional consultations are some concrete examples of these actions. Also, benefits such as access to the services of platforms such as Más Vida Red and Olimfit, thanks to the collaborations developed within this program. The leading Insurance and Assistance company also develops within its Be program, unique actions such as the ‘Be Week – Emotional Well-being Week’, traditionally held in the month of October and which in 2023 they have decided to evoke already in April regarding their commitment to protection through the ‘Yo Soy Be’ campaign, focusing on the experience that its collaborators have had, users of the different benefits of the Be program. The campaign started with an internal survey sent to the entity’s collaborators, and whose purpose was to know their opinion regarding the benefits they have as employees from Allianz Partners. This is just another tool for the entity to find out, in even more detail, the needs of its collaborators and respond accordingly. The ‘Yo Soy Be’ pills were also created, published on the entity’s internal and external channels. and in which collaborators from different areas shared their opinion on benefits such as flexible remuneration, academic and ophthalmological aid, as well as access to physiotherapy sessions in the office. In addition, as part of the entity’s commitment to protection and as a closing As part of this campaign, the company made the ‘Cardiovascular Health Stand’ available to its collaborators. During the last week of April, a specialized medical team was at the offices of Allianz Partners Spain, consulting the entity’s employees, to provide them with personalized information on the state of their cardiovascular health.”Protection is part of our DNA, something that also begins with the care of our collaborators.
