As part of its commitment to promote diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities between genders, the leading Insurance and Assistance company reinforces in 2023 the successful implementation of its ‘Equal Pay’ policy globally

With the purpose of closing the wage gap between genders in all the countries in which Allianz Partners operates and, in turn, with the aim of creating spaces to promote talent regardless of gender, from 2020 all the entities of the Allianz Partners group have committed to carry out an ‘Equal Pay’ policy. To do this, the company has carried out an analysis and comparison of the salaries of all employees who are in the same category and who perform the same functions with the same responsibility. As a result of this work, different proposals for adjustments have been developed to guarantee compliance with the salary equality criteria. In addition, to prevent future salary gaps, Allianz Partners carries out an annual salary review to ensure that there are no differences between its employees, as well as a review of the market situation to prevent salary disparities from arising. Equal salary policies are not the only ones that the leading Insurance and Assistance company has adopted to take care of its Team. Throughout the year, a multitude of actions are carried out that promote well-being and equality among the company’s employees. During 2023, Allianz Partners Spain has recently received different recognitions, such as the inclusion of Marta Artieda, the company’s HR director, as one of the 100 best managers in this area according to Forbes, as well as recognition as one of the 50 most egalitarian companies according to the Woman Forward Foundation, and the inclusion of Borja Díaz, CEO of Allianz Partners, as a member of Alianza CEOs Por La Diversidad. The latter brings together the CEOs of the main Spanish companies with the aim of developing innovative strategies on diversity, equity and inclusion to accelerate business excellence, the competitiveness of talent in Spain and the reduction of inequality and exclusion in society. “We are very proud of this achievement. The implementation of equal pay globally at Allianz Partners is a significant step towards promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. It is very important to close the gender pay gap , but also to avoid any other type of discrimination: by age, nationality, sexual orientation… We want Allianz Partners to be a place where anyone can opt for the same opportunities”, explains Borja Díaz, CEO of Allianz Partners Spain and Iberia Regional In this sense, Marta Artieda, HR director of Allianz Partners Spain, concludes: “at Allianz Partners we work every day to continue being a place where our collaborators feel valued. I am proud to be part of a fair and inclusive team that strives to close gaps and ensures freedom and equal opportunity regardless of age, sexual orientation, origin or gender.”
