Madrid, February 13, 2024.- The Spanish men’s fashion brand Boston closes the year 2023 with a sales volume of almost 15 million euros, a growth of more than 35% compared to the year 2022.

During 2023, Boston has opened a total of seven stores, thus consolidating its presence on the street, and having opened four of these establishments in the main commercial areas of Bilbao, Seville, Pamplona and Zaragoza.

“2023 has been a year in which we have consolidated the path undertaken in 2021 when the brand was acquired by the Mayoral Group. Throughout this year we have seen how the repositioning of the brand has been strengthened towards a rejuvenated customer with greater purchasing power who is offered high quality products at a reasonable price,” highlights José María Gil, founder of Boston and responsible for expansion.

Furthermore, last year has been a key year for Boston. The firm has automated the entire logistics process by having integrated into the new center that the Mayoral group has recently opened, with a total of 19,000 new square meters. “Over the past year, the company’s ERP change and integration with Mayoral’s computer systems have been important. With the incorporation of the new logistics center, the total automation of the merchandise supply process has been achieved, greatly reducing the supply times of the points of sale,” explains José María Gil.

Ten new openings by 2024

By 2024, the Spanish fashion brand is working on a scenario in which it plans to open 10 new points of sale in one year. “The new openings will occur in the geographical areas where we are already present, so that we undertake orderly growth of the chain. Currently we have already signed three openings and we are working on finding new locations,” says the founder of Boston.

“We expect a sales range of around 20 million euros in 2024. Throughout the current year we will continue with the plan outlined that will lead the chain to reach 50 points of sale in 2025. In addition, we expect high growth rates in online commerce, although the weight of this channel is still small. in the brand’s sales as a whole,” concludes José María Gil, founder of Boston and head of expansion.
