RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Nov. 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Dar Al Arkan, Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate company, and the Trump Organization, signed an agreement in New York to develop a landmark Trump Resort, including residential villas, a hotel and a golf course in the AIDA project. Located in Muscat, the 100-meter-high hilltop complex is one of the world’s largest mixed-use real estate projects, located by the sea.

AIDA, to be built on 3.5 million square meters and valued at $4 billion, will be developed over ten years with the support of the OMRAN Group, the executive arm of the Sultanate of Oman for tourism development.
