The online business school organizes face-to-face sessions with workshops and business visits in which more than 100 students from 20 different countries have participated

The online business school EALDE Business School has celebrated its On-site Management Development Week 2023. For a week, 105 students from 20 Spanish-speaking countries have participated in training workshops given by experts and business visits, in which they have been able to meet the operations of Spanish companies. With the motto ‘Leading the new future’, the current edition of the On-site Week of EALDE Business School has had the objective of enhancing the managerial skills of the participants and allowing cultural rapprochement between the business realities of the different Spanish-speaking countries. The students, with senior profiles with an average of 12 years of experience and specialized in areas such as risk management, compliance, renewable energies, business management or sustainability, have thus been able to reinforce the knowledge acquired during their online master’s degrees and enhance their leadership and team management skills. In addition, attendees have participated in recreational and cultural activities in which they have been able to exchange experiences with other colleagues and expand their network of contacts. “It has been a perfect opportunity to meet my colleagues and the EALDE team, whose training offer is very interesting for my country, Argentina,” says Silvia, a student of the Master’s in Risk Management at the Madrid-based business school. Graduation ceremony with the presence of diplomatic personnelThe On-Site Management Development Week 2023 has closed with a graduation ceremony in which the students have received their titles from managers, professors and staff members of EALDE Business School. “In recent years, the EALDE brand has gained a lot of presence and prestige, and our objective as a school is that in five years your degrees will have even more value than they do now. That will mean that we continue to do things well”, indicated Enrique Farrás , director of EALDE Business School, in his speech addressed to the graduates. Members of the diplomatic corps of the embassies and consulates of Peru, Chile, Mexico, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic in Madrid also participated in the closing ceremony, who were able to meet students and strengthen ties with the school. EALDE Business School’s On-site Week is one of the most important annual events of the online business school. With it, students complete a year-long academic experience, in which they acquire tools and techniques to boost their careers in their respective sectors. 95% of business school students improve their job position after completing their online master’s studies. EALDE Business School’s training offer currently includes more than 60 online training programs in the areas of risk management, project management, cybersecurity, renewable energy, sustainability and compliance.
