– Starlight Investments expands its UK portfolio with the acquisition of a recently completed rental residence in Leeds, UK
TORONTO, May 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Starlight Investments (“Starlight”), a leading global real estate investment and asset management firm, has made an acquisition to purchase 84 Kirkstall Road, a Build-to-Rent community ( “BTR”) of 111 suites located in Leeds.
Situated in a very attractive location close to the city center and Leeds’ vibrant shopping and financial district, the residence is a 15-minute walk from Leeds train station and within walking distance of several universities and a teaching hospital.
The newly constructed nine-story residence features a variety of attractive suite layouts, including one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, many of which feature larger balconies and terraces on the upper floor. The property features high-quality amenities including a co-working space, media room, and a resident-only lounge. The building design also incorporates renewable energy systems and high-efficiency lighting.
