In its new strategy, the bank plans to expand the database of young customers. This will be possible through the radical digitization of service processes, so that by 2025 all product service functions are available to retail customers on digital channels and the visit to the branch is the sole choice of the customer. In parallel, PKO Bank Polski will devote a lot of attention to cybersecurity. In this sense, it is planned to put the Zero-Trust mechanisms into operation, which will be some of the key elements of the bank’s digital security.
