Jaime Arango, CFO, Jens Schröder, Medical Director, and Rachel Mooney, Communications Director
BORDEAUX, France, Nov. 9, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — TreeFrog Therapeutics, a global biotechnology company advancing a pipeline of cellular therapies based on a disruptive proprietary technology platform, today announced the appointment of three new members to the executive team .

Jaime Arango joins as CFO from Medincell, where he led the company’s successful IPO. Jaime began his career at Biogen as a financial analyst and moved to Merck in 2006, where he held various regional and global positions. He also spent two years as vice president of U.S. finance for Revlon’s professional division. Jaime is Colombian and is an engineer from the University of Los Andes in Colombia and has an MBA from HEC Paris.
Jens Schröder joins as Chief Medical Officer from Bayer, where until recently he was responsible for the clinical development of the cell therapy portfolio. He began his career at Ethicon, a medical device company, before spending 15 years in leadership positions in the United States and globally at Bayer. In 2017, he co-founded Coagulant Therapeutics, Inc., as part of a spin-off from Bayer. Jens, a German national, earned a PhD from the Institute of Immunology at the University of Hamburg and is a renowned neurosurgeon and molecular biologist.
Rachel Mooney joins as communications director. Rachel spent the early part of her agency career working in a variety of industries before moving into healthcare. He joined Sanofi in 2005, first in Ireland, then in global diabetes marketing, before joining Sanofi’s Global Communications Leadership team in 2009. He held a number of positions, including Head of Chief Executive Officer Communications, Head of of International Communications and Consumer Healthcare Communications. Rachel joins from Galderma. Rachel is Irish and graduated in Business and Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
