The new 2023 Future Menus Trend Report is based on the opinions of more than 1,600 chefs from around the world

The report was launched at an event for leading chefs and food industry experts at Hive, Unilever’s Center for Food Innovation in Wageningen, The Netherlands, as well as via live broadcast.

The top eight trends identified in the 2023 Future Menu Trends Report are Modern Comfort Food, Irresistible Greens, Wild and Pure, Flavor Contrasts, Feel-Good Food, New Sharing, Mindful Protein and low waste menus

The eight trends include suggestions for recipes, ingredients and techniques to offer tangible solutions to chefs and food operators.
