Alimentos Sanygran is one of the most promising companies in the food technology sector and has demonstrated this, successfully positioning itself in the entire value chain of vegetable proteins. The company has invested in different technologies in recent years, the last being incorporation of aeration technology. In this way, it becomes the first company at a national level with 4 in-house technologies for the production of Plant-Based products, and the first and only one in Southern Europe to have this new acquisition. This type of machine with a high level of food safety stands out for its extraordinary versatility, since it has different variables that can be controlled, to obtain different textures. However, the use of this process does not alter the nutritional values or the ingredients of the products. Finally, the company has already announced the standardization of different base products made in turn with another of its technologies, high-moisture extrusion. Among these products there will be both meat and fish alternatives.
