The operation includes the subscription of new promissory notes for a nominal amount of 10,700,000 euros, of which 4,300,000 euros have a maturity of 3 months and 6,400,000 euros have a maturity of 6 months. The interest rates paid for the subscription of the latter have been 6.52% and 6.68% respectively. With this operation, the company continues to meet its commitments on the maturities of promissory notes issued in the Fixed Income Market (MARF). , which were planned for 2023 for a total of 21,300,000 euros, as it has been doing in recent months.
