GUIYANG, China, July 3, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — The Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2023 (EFG 2023) will be held in Guiyang from July 8 to 9, 2023. It is the only nationwide high-level international summit on the theme of ecological civilization in China. So far, Bijie has issued a total of 5 “Forest Carbon Tickets”, using a pledge loan based on the “Ticket” for a total of 46 million Chinese yuan. In November 2022, Bijie City was selected as the national pilot city for the 2022 forest carbon sink, becoming the only pilot city in Guizhou Province.
After years of unremitting efforts, the proportion of days with excellent air quality in the central cities of Guizhou has exceeded 98%, and the excellent water quality rate of the trans-regional cross section of major rivers has reached 100%. . 30 achievements in the reform of the ecological civilization system have been listed on the National Promotion List, and the proportion of green economy has reached 45%.
