Hard Rock Cafe® establishments around the world offer special menus to celebrate Veganuary this January, as well as exclusive and charitable products. In Spain, they can be found in Barcelona, Malaga, Tenerife and Valencia
Spain, January 3, 2024.- For the first time in the history of Veganuary, Hard Rock Cafe participates in the vegan January challenge by offering plant-based menus in its establishments around the world, as well as t-shirts and tote bags designed in exclusive for the campaign that can be purchased in their ‘Rock Shops’ stores. Inspired by the brand’s motto ‘Save the planet’, the menu of the Hard Rock Cafe® establishments in Barcelona, Malaga, Tenerife and Valencia will include vegan dishes with a different touch such as zucchini and guacamole bruschetta, Mexican quinoa salad, cauliflower “wings”, QuornTM salad, Moving Mountains® burger and tacos, mushroom pasta Primavera, Impossible Quesadilla, toffee pudding, banana bread and cocktails non-alcoholic specials such as pineapple mojito or the exclusive Veganuary Pledge (Veganuary commitment). “It is a great satisfaction that Hard Rock Cafe offers its public during the month of January vegan dishes that, in addition to being delicious, represent a small contribution towards protection of our planet.
