DUBAI, UAE, January 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Following the successful launch of luxury concept Keturah in Dubai, MAG, one of the UAE’s leading property developers, has announced its international expansion with the launch of Stabio Garden Living by Keturah, a new project in Stabio, Switzerland, which will be developed in collaboration with A Group, a recognized leader in real estate design and development.
Valued at AED 781 million (CHF 185 million), the project will incorporate the Bio Living concept, which integrates nature into the built environment to improve the physical, mental and emotional health of its occupants.
Stabio Garden Living by Keturah has 180 homes spread across 14 buildings that feature state-of-the-art amenities such as a gym, children’s play area, co-working space and bicycle storage. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
