The purchase of a vehicle to get to work, together with a divorce, caused the exonerated man to fall into a state of over-indebtedness.

The Commercial Court No. 3 of Valencia has issued the Exoneration of Unsatisfied Liabilities in the case of a man who has been released from a debt of 38,000 euros. The case has been processed by Repara tu Deuda Abogados, a leading law firm in Spain in the Second Chance Law.

As the lawyers of Repara tu Deuda explain, “his state of insolvency arose as a result of the request for financing to acquire a vehicle to go to work. Initially, he was able to meet the loan payments, but after the divorce with his ex-wife , and counting only on his payroll, the debtor requested a new loan with the intention of being able to pay it little by little. Due to certain extraordinary expenses, he was never able to pay all the installments.

The Second Chance Law was approved by the Parliament of Spain in 2015. As the years go by, more and more people are aware of its existence and turn to it to start a new life from scratch. One of the keys to succeeding in a process of this type is to put yourself in the hands of a professional and specialized law firm.

In this sense, it should be noted that success stories demonstrable through sentences are essential to know that the choice has been made correctly. Currently, it must be said that Repara tu Deuda Abogados is the law firm that has handled the most cases in Spain and the one that has canceled the most debt, having managed to exceed the figure of 200 million euros exonerated for its clients. “Our cases – the lawyers explain – we spread them through different channels so that people know that there is a reality that can transform their lives. This makes many trust the process and start it more quickly. In addition, the fact that “some of those already exonerated decide to tell their story also helps in achieving this objective.”

Javier Cárdenas, client advocate at the law firm, also collaborates so that this legislation reaches more people. “We are faced with a mechanism – declare the lawyers – that has changed the lives of many. Having well-known faces is a great help to reach the largest number of individuals and self-employed workers possible.”

In parallel, the firm offers to analyze the contracts signed with banks and financial entities. Along these lines, the objective is to check if there are abusive clauses for the cancellation of credit cards, revolving cards, mini-credits, loans and mortgages and to be able to claim from Cofidis, Moneyman, WiZink, Carrefour, Vivus, Banco Santander, CaixaBank, BBVA, Banco Sabadell, myKredit, Kviku, etc.
