The Court of First Instance No. 6 of Móstoles (Madrid) has issued the Benefit of Exoneration of Unsatisfied Liabilities (BEPI) in the case of a woman who has thus been exonerated from a debt of 72,656 euros. The case has been processed by Repara tu Deuda Abogados, the leading law firm in Spain in the Second Chance Law. However, a moment came in which his economic situation was unsustainable, being unable to meet the quotas and his essential expenses”. As in his case, many people turn to the Second Chance Law after having tried in different ways to solve their economic problems. They do so by having suffered a series of personal and/or work circumstances that have not been sought. In this sense, it should be noted that the Second Chance Law came into force in Spain in 2015 to help them.
