This agreement is the result of more than 15 years of collaboration in the photovoltaic solar sector
The objective of this agreement is to increase the market share of both companies worldwide under a single brand, TAMESOL, and its range of TM-Series photovoltaic panels. Both companies have been collaborating for more than 15 years in the manufacture and sale of panels solar photovoltaic, in all kinds of projects around the world. This has been one of the main triggers for the definitive decision to move forward with this agreement. TAMESOL (Tamesol building a green future SL) is dedicated to the production and sale of high efficiency panels; TIDE Solar (Tide solar technology, LTD) is dedicated to the supply of components for the manufacture of solar panels (silicon wafers, photovoltaic cells and other components), as well as to their manufacture. A staff of more than 210 employees and an accumulated turnover (of both companies) that in 2022 exceeded one billion EUROS, are the figures of this merger. They currently have a production capacity of more than 4 million panels per year, in their factory located in the Chinese city of Hefei. The opening of its new factory in the Philippines (Manila) is scheduled for mid-2023. Within its roadmap, it is established to enter the TIER 1 list (classification established by bloomberg magazine of the most reliable photovoltaic panels in the world), a strong entry into the American and European markets, and a possible European manufacturing (waiting for the bonuses provided by the European Commission within the framework of the “Industrial Green Deal Plan. for the Net-Zero Age” project presented on 16 March 2023 by the European Commission and which aims to promote the European solar industry).
