Selecta Digital, IT recruitment consultancy, publishes its Salary Guide for 2022 and the first half of 2023, which includes salary ranges for profiles in the ICT sector.
Madrid, June 29, 2023.- This guide shows the reality of the ICT labor market in Spain and sheds light on the salary bands of technological and digital profiles. The data has been extracted taking into account more than 4,000 interviews conducted by Selecta Digital during the aforementioned period with candidates from all sectors and includes salary ranges for each position in relation to years of experience. Profiles such as DevOps engineer with an average remuneration of €55,000, or data profiles as a data engineer, with an average remuneration of €45,000, are the positions with the highest average annual salary. This last profile reaches €70,000 in remuneration among professionals with more than 10 years of experience. They are in charge of designing, processing and transforming the data so that it can later be analyzed and use technologies such as Apache Spark, Scala, Python, AES or Apache Kafka.
Next in salary increase is the Backend Python Developer profile, with an average remuneration of €44,000, which is consolidated as the best paid position within this specialty, reaching €67,000 for senior profiles with more than 10 years of experience. . These profiles have seen their salary bands increase above the average for other languages.
