The Spanish offer of postgraduate courses in assisted reproduction aimed at graduates in Health Sciences has increased significantly over the years, but only those characterized by the excellence of their program and the experts who teach it are endorsed by La Sociedad Spanish Fertility (SEF)
Alicante, October 4, 2023.- Recently, the ‘Master in continuing training in human fertility’ from the University of Alicante (UA), offered together with the IVF-Life Alicante fertility clinic and the Human Reproduction Unit of the University Hospital and Politécnico La Fe de Valencia, has been incorporated into the list of postgraduate courses that the SEF accredits and for which it also offers an attractive scholarship program for its VIII edition in the 2023/2024 academic year.

In this sense, Dr. Mª José Gómez Torres, also director of the Chair, emphasizes the importance of betting on academic teaching that, “in addition to being based on a rigorous and comprehensive theoretical and practical base, teaches students to develop critical thinking on the subject, to know its ethical, legal and social implications and to promote the application of research in clinical practice”.
Among the pillars that characterize IVF-Life is its constant commitment to scientific development and teaching, as its professionals advocate taking their know-how in assisted reproduction one step further. On the one hand, thanks to the research in which they actively participate, promoting notable changes in fertility that are essential to raise awareness in society and move it forward. Likewise, IVF-Life, as has been confirmed, firmly believes in the benefits of getting involved in the training of future professionals in the sector, since these will be the ones who, years from now, will carry out everything related to fertility and reproduction. assisted may be able.
“For the clinic, having an entity like the SEF endorse the master’s degree, which we have been teaching for so long and which is key to contributing to the training of new generations of assisted reproduction professionals, is an honor. It also represents an important recognition to our work and keeps us firm in our goal of contributing to the development of reproductive medicine, teaching, research, and clinical activity with patients. Contributing to their well-being and happiness is the ultimate goal of all efforts,” he declared. Dr. Sergio Rogel, Medical Director of IVF-Life Alicante.
