Thanks to the agreement between both companies, all users will be able to enjoy a more modern and efficient experience when booking their tickets, in addition to even greater connectivity to more than 144 destinations operated by LATAM Airlines in 22 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Africa and Oceania.
One of the main benefits of this agreement is the implementation of the NDC standard, which facilitates priority access to a broader and more complete offer from airlines, with the possibility of purchasing additional products, services and accessories, such as extra luggage or certain seats. .
Thanks to this new standard, passengers will be able to obtain more detailed information, and access a more varied selection of products, by consulting the cancellation and change policies section during any reservation. This will undoubtedly further strengthen the after-sales services of Trip.com and the LATAM Airlines Group.
