The First Vice-President and Minister for Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, Nadia Calviño, today pointed out the “clear” objective that Spain “continue to be one of the European and world leaders in the field of transformation”.
In a press conference at the Government Palace of La Rioja, and asked by the journalists, she pointed out how “we are at a key moment for the automotive sector” and has emphasized that “Spain leads the manufacture of parts for cars”.
In his opinion, “it is essential to take advantage of European funds to launch and develop the electric vehicle of the future.” “Our country’s commitment to the technological modernization of this sector is absolutely unquestionable”, he added.
For the minister, “we will have to continue with this clear vision and accelerate the deployment of investments to make the transformation and technological modernization of the sector a reality.”
