Cheerfy, the platform for restaurant brands that boosts customer loyalty through personalized experiences, has launched Cheerfy Kiosk, a new product that streamlines the user’s dining room shopping experience and boosts sales, according to a statement.

Specifically, this project offers a differential proposal to brands, since it integrates the CRM for restaurants and the loyalty program of the platform, achieving a better experience than that of the common kiosk.

In this way, Cheerfy, created by Carlos Gómez and Adrián Maseda, consolidates the digital relationship with the consumer on a single platform, integrating all the restaurant’s key systems, and allowing the consumer’s experience to be personalized and privileged based on complete knowledge of your profile.

The platform has highlighted that companies like McDonald’s have already demonstrated the potential of automating the suggested sales process within the digital experience, with increases of between 10% and 20% in their average tickets, according to the company itself.

Cheerfy has established itself in Spain with its platform, since its clients include national brands such as Grosso Napoletano, Manolo Bakes or Empanadas Malvón, and international brands such as Little Caesar’s, The Good Burger or Maison Kayser.
