Two people died and more than 50 were injured, four of them seriously, in the fire of a house welcoming people with Alzheimer’s near Prague, the emergency services announced on Thursday.
“Firefighters unfortunately found two people dead” in this house located in Roztoky, just north of the Czech capital.
Four other people were seriously injured, two of whom are in critical condition, and 51 suffered minor injuries, he added.
The fire broke out on Wednesday, and firefighters were still on scene Thursday morning. A hundred firefighters were immediately mobilized to fight the fire and evacuate residents.
