The list Selectra has rendered its verdict. Each year, the comparison of offers on the Internet, establishes the ranking of the best suppliers of gas and/or electricity and the dice are thrown. Again this year, this is Direct Energy, which won the palme. According to Selectra, the company is now in the lap of Total is distinguished by “an offer readable, crystal clear, allowing all profiles to consumption savings, without restriction (…).” In short, Direct Energy has confirmed its position: the company has been a pioneer in its field, one of the first to come to challenger to EDF, and Engie. Now, the challenge for Total is to integrate this new brand. We should know more in the coming weeks on the options retained by the oil to support its offensive in the supply of gas and electricity.
Battle without thank you
In the meantime, the Direct Energy is not the only supplier awarded by Selectra. Mint Energy is touted as the best young energy provider, distinguished in particular for its high customer satisfaction, ergonomics and underwriting its commitment to the environment through its partnership with the program Reforest’Action. For its part, EkWateur is the best green energy provider, a label shared with Ilek, the latter offering the possibility to systematically select the producer of renewable energy from which electricity and gas are purchased.
To achieve this ranking, Selectra is sent to the consumers who pass through its services, but not only. As to the criteria that were used to establish this ranking, the list is not exhaustive: price, customer service, disputes, ergonomics of the subscription… such A study is interesting because the market for the supply of energy has changed in proportions unparalleled since a few years: the Commission of energy regulation are currently several tens of suppliers who engage in a battle without thank you.
