“Without a word, without emotion”, the influencer, followed by more than 1.6M people, wanted to react to the recent decision against Bryan McCormick, her ex.
The young entrepreneur said she was torn between two feelings: that of reason, because “in the best case, he will go to prison, reflect on what he has done and become a better person”, and that of fear because “in the worst case he could accumulate anger, and who knows what he will do when he is released”.
Need for solitude
A victim of McCormick’s domestic violence, she still says she “has nightmares”, and does not feel like a “strong person”, as she is described for her resilience in the face of this ordeal.
Immersed in doubt, she asked her community not to ask her questions about this court decision, because she receives messages daily.
“I would very much like to choose when I want to think and talk about this subject, because when I come to the networks, I am only reminded of it several times a day,” she said.
