DWS (manager of Deutsche Bank) has returned to the capital of Banco Sabadell, gaining a 3.006% stake in its shareholding, as recorded in the records of the National Securities Market Commission, consulted by Europa Press.

Of this participation, the total of 3.006% corresponds to voting rights attributed to the shares, while DWS does not hold any participation as financial instruments.

Thus, the manager is positioned among the five main shareholders of Sabadell. Ahead of the German company are BlackRock (with 3,965%), David Martínez Guzmán (3,495%), Fintech Europe (3,105%) and the investment company Dimensional Fund Advisors (3,011%).
