The supervisory board of the Austrian banking group Erste Group has appointed Peter Bosek as CEO of the entity as of July 1, 2024, when he will replace Willi Cernko, current CEO of the firm, in the position.

Peter Bosek is currently CEO of Luminor Bank, which operates in the Baltics, and was previously CEO of Erste Bank Oesterreich and Retail Director of Erste Group, having previously held various management positions within Erste Group over a career of 25 years.
