The light rail system in Pittsburgh is experiencing delays Friday morning due to a mechanical issue at Allegheny Station.
Riders are experiencing 15-20 minute delays due to the issue.
The Port Authority of Allegheny County posted to Twitter saying crews are working on a fix to restore regular service.

The agency also posted Friday morning that crews will be working at the upper station of the Mon Incline, but the incline is open.
Thursday the agency posted that the Blue line can expect 5 to 10 minute delays between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. for tree trimming.
