The executive president of ACS, Florentino Pérez, received 6.65 million euros for the exercise of his duties in the 2022 financial year, while the CEO, Juan Santamaría, was paid 3.84 million euros.

According to the report on the remuneration of directors sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), of the total received by Pérez last year, 5,260 million was the total remuneration in cash, while 1,362 million corresponded to the remuneration for savings systems and 32,000 euros for other concepts.

The total remuneration of Florentino Pérez increased last year by 12.57%, going from 5,911 million in 2021 to 6,654 million in 2022. However, his remuneration in 2018, of 6,759 million, was higher than last year .

On his side, Juan Santamaría, who took office on May 6, 2022, received 2,267 million in cash, 480,000 euros in savings systems and 33,000 euros for other concepts. In addition, he received 1,063 million as remuneration accrued in group companies. It should be remembered that Santamaría is also CEO of Hochtief and executive president of Cimic, director of Turner Corporation, and Thiess, among others.

José Luis del Valle, secretary director of ACS, obtained remuneration in 2022 of 4.348 million euros, of which 3.417 million was received in cash, 657,000 euros in savings systems and 272,000 euros for remuneration accrued in group companies.

The vice president of ACS, Antonio García Ferrer, received a total of 2.197 million euros for his activity in 2022.

In total, the board of directors of ACS received a remuneration in 2022 of 19.65 million euros.

The average remuneration of ACS employees in 2022 was 50,000 euros, 11.11% more than the 45,000 they received a year earlier.
