Feels-like temperatures around the Tampa Bay area
A high wind advisory is in effect Thursday morning on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Motorists are advised to take it slow across the bridge.
Winds around 10-15 mph will last throughout most of the day across the bay area and will be strongest along the coast, according to 10Weather WTSP meteorologist Ashley Batey.
Clouds thin out by late morning, Batey said, making way for a sunny – and dry – afternoon.
Friday sees lighter winds, cooler morning temperatures and clearer skies.
Friday morning will be chilly with widespread wake-up temperatures in the 40s, but the afternoon warms up to the lower 70s.
Showers and storms roll in late Saturday, Batey said, with rain chances hovering around 80 percent.
