A week after the release of a first company agreement, the unions and the management of France Télévisions announced Thursday a new compromise that maintains the elimination of 900 positions, but provides for enhanced cooperation. This new “framework agreement” plans in particular to negotiate “project-by-project” level of employment, stressed the CGT in a press release. The agreement has also been signed by the CFDT and FO, representing 85% of employees represented. Only the SNJ has maintained its veto.
