Grenergy has sold three solar parks in Chile for 41.3 million euros, as reported by the company on Tuesday, which has highlighted that this operation is in line with its strategy of maintaining a “recurring” asset rotation.

Likewise, Grenergy has stressed that the sale of the Dolores, Zaturno and Buenaventura photovoltaic plants, with a total installed capacity of 32.5 megawatts peak (MWp), will allow it to reduce its debt and boost its growth in the three markets where it is present in Today: Latin America, Europe and the United States.

Chile is the main market for Grenergy and is the operator with the most plants built in the country. It has its operations center for the entire Southern Cone installed there, where it is currently building 500 megawatts (MW) and where it develops 2.8 gigawatts (GW) between solar and wind energy and 2.6 gigawatts per hour (GWh). ) of battery projects.

The CEO of Grenergy, David Ruiz de AndrĂ©s, has highlighted that with this operation, the company “continues to demonstrate the value per megawatt of its assets under development and the ability to generate cash to continue investing in growth and increase its own portfolio”.
