The Court of Cassation on Wednesday rejected two appeals brought by Nordahl Lelandais, alleged murderer of the small Maëlys in 2017 in France, opening the possibility to prosecute him for the rape of a child and retaining in the file a psychological evaluation.
The old dog, aged 37, is currently indicted for the murder of the little Maëlys de Araujo, 8 years, at the end of August 2017 at a wedding in Bridge-of-Manduel; as well as for sexual assaults on two little cousins a few weeks earlier, between the ages of four and six years old at the time.
