The United States has proposed on Saturday their help in Moscow after a serious fuel leak into a river in the Arctic.
“Despite our differences, the United States is ready to help Russia to stop this environmental disaster and to bring our technical expertise,” assured the secretary of State Mike Pompeo in a tweet.
